Photography prints sold on this website are produced, fulfilled, and shipped by Printique, a third-party print fulfillment service.
Production, shipping times, packaging, and print quality are handled by Printique
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Any issues related to print defects, damage, or delivery may be subject to Printique’s policies
Merchandise (Fulfilled by Printful)
Merchandise items (such as apparel, accessories, or other products) are produced and fulfilled by Printful, a third-party print-on-demand service.
Printful handles manufacturing, shipping, and delivery
Product colors, materials, and placement may vary slightly from on-screen previews
Delivery times are estimates only
Returns & Refunds
Because all products are custom-made:
All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
Returns or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Printique’s or Printful’s respective policies
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 21 days so we can assist with the appropriate third-party provider.

5. Payments
Payments are processed securely through third-party processors. The Company does not store complete payment card data.

Commercial licensing is not currently offered. Any unauthorized commercial use constitutes copyright infringement.
Purchase of a physical print does not transfer copyright ownership or any intellectual property rights in the image.
All copyrights and related rights remain exclusively with the photographer and Broken Stinger Photography, regardless of whether a print has been purchased.
The purchaser receives only a limited right to possess and display the physical print for personal use. No rights of reproduction, distribution, modification, public display (commercial), or licensing are granted.
Customers may not reproduce purchased images in any form, including but not limited to:
Scanning or photographing prints for duplication
Creating digital copies
Printing additional copies
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution may result in legal action.
