Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you use Printique for photography printing?

I believe in providing only the very best for my customers, which is why my prints are produced by Printique—a premium photo lab renowned for exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Every piece is carefully inspected by trained artisans to ensure what you hold in your hands is as stunning and true to life as the image on my screen. Using advanced silver-halide printing, images are bonded directly into the paper rather than laid on top like traditional ink printing, resulting in richer color, greater vibrancy, and long-lasting durability. These are not mass-produced prints—they are heirloom-quality, archival works of art designed to be treasured for generations. Each piece is hand-crafted with professional, artisan-level care in Brooklyn, New York, and orders are delivered in premium white-label packaging, shipped directly to you with no third-party branding for a seamless, high-end experience.

Because all products are custom-made:

  • All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Returns or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Printique’s or Printful’s policies

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or preference changes

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact within 21 days of purchase date so we can assist with the appropriate third-party provider. And please include the below information.

  • Your name

  • A detailed description of the problem

  • Your order number

  • Some pictures of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

What is your return policy?

how do you calculate shipping?

Prints:

Weight-based shipping. Please note that shipping calculations are based on the gross weight and size of the product, which includes the item itself plus all packaging materials (boxes, padding, protective materials). For example, the gross weight and size of a 4×6 in. print is .65 lbs. and 10×13 in. respectively.

Merchandise:

Flat rate shipping. Please note, this includes a flat rate “per order” and “per item.” For example, when ordering within the United States, there is a flat rate of $6.00 per order and $2.00 per item.

Prints and merchandise are processed and shipped separately from Printique and Printful, so separate shipping rates are applied to combined orders.

Where do you ship?

Photography prints are currently available to order in the United States and Canada.

Merchandise is available worldwide with the exception of the European Union and a few restricted locations, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and specific Ukrainian regions.

How long will my order take?

Products are made especially for you as soon as an order is placed, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

For prints:

7-14 business days

For Merchandise:

3-8 business days for US orders, and 4-12 business days for international orders.

For Prints and Merchandise purchased together:

Prints and merchandise are fulfilled by different partners (Printique and Printful)and ship separately. Please note that mixed orders may experience longer shipping times.
